Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours cloudy amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas are phenolic, boozy, brown bread. Taste is boozy, dry prickly carbonation. Not very satisfying.

Pours hazy dark golden/light amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. The aroma contains bread, barley, grain, hay, rye, grass, herbs, some grapes (white wine). It tastes medium grainy/hay-like bitter and light berry-like sour; almost no sweetness. Dry, grainy, grassy finish. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy to lively carbonation. In itself it's an 'honest' beer (what you see on the bottle is what you get) but this is definitely not my cup of tea.

Bottled. Honey yellow look. Lush white head. Stays. Aroma & taste: nice spicy yeast, corny malts, dense and flavourful. Light hopping. Medium-bodied. Well-tasting.

33cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, green tea, pale malt. Taste of floral spices, very mild sourness, pale malt, strange!

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Small white head. Smell is weak, bit grainy. Taste is rather bitter, some maltyness as well. Very common. OK mouthfeel, high but doable carbo. Pretty boring, but nothing bad.

F: huge, white, stable. C: amber to orange, hazy. A: candy, orange, dusty, orange peels, malt, perfume, caramel. T: malt, orange, tangerine, light grapes, marzipan, grassy bitterness, medium body, good carbonation, yeast, earth, not well balanced but “bio” so OK beer, 0,33l bottle from Delhaize in Brussels.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, big creamy ivory head. Aroma has a nice white loaf crust note and some sweet-and-tart fruity fragrance. The taste has a bit of sweetness, but is mostly dry thanks to the spicy alcohol (that might be too strong at times). A good one, even if too hot.

330 ml. bottle. BBF 06/2016. Light hazy orange, small off-white head. Nose is other grains, orange peel, toffee, sugar, light odd metallic, touch plastic other grains. Taste is odd but somewhat enjoyable caramel plastic, oily toffee, other plastic grains, faint herbal, cheap candy, faint oily Turkish delight, caramel, butterscotch, oily, some butter in a fiting way,… Interesting, not bad, heavy on the oily, candy oily sweet with butterscotch & toffee. Interesting. Grains are buried in the toffee & oily Turkish delight but still noticeable. Kind of digging it.
