750 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, light pepper, hay, straw, floral, grass, cracker, biscuit, light toast, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, light pepper, hay, straw, floral, grass, cracker, biscuit, light toast, and yeast earthiness. Moderate yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and light-moedium body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian pale ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle big thanks to Shane at the 2016 Cotteridge Convention. It pours cloudy golden – amber with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, bready malts, funky, Granny Smith apple, tropical citrus, sherbet, white wine and vanilla. The taste is crisp, bitter, clean, soda water, funky action, earth, hay, vanilla and grape must with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Good fun.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Cheers for sharing this one! Pours cloudy gold with a big, foamy white head. The nose gives away light funk, brett, melon, citrus. Light to medium sweet flavour, dry and funky, a little musty, with some grassy bitterness and old lemon rind. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Drying on the finish, with notes of melon, musty hay, grass, tangerine. Really good stuff. One of my favourites from the day.
