Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, light pepper, hay, straw, floral, grass, cracker, biscuit, light toast, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, light pepper, hay, straw, floral, grass, cracker, biscuit, light toast, and yeast earthiness. Moderate yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and light-moedium body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian pale ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/floral hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
