Bottle, #16005, 3,5 years before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a big, although quickly dissipating, creamy head. Aroma is tart with wooden yeast and bretty notes of apricots and malts with grain and toffee. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart wooden yeast and fruity brett with floral notes, berries and citrus, as well as malts with cereals, heather and toffee. Dry, phenolic finish.

Pours clear amberblonde. Good White head. Smell is Brett, bit sweet. Taste is full on Brett, yet very fresh, but grainy. Orval, yes, but more brett-intense and less bitter. Even has a certain below-the-surface sweetness to it. Ok

Trocken hopfig bitterer, leicht säuerlicher Antrunk. Dieser Eindruck bleibt nur kurz, dann eher herb, mild grasiger Hopfen. Brett. 10/9/9/9//9
