Keg at the Canalhouse, Nottingham. Light to mid-gold, hazy with a light and uneven white head. Sweet toffee and candy sugar push the enticingly spicy saison yeast aroma into second place. Balanced taste, with the yeast character almost (but not quite) giving enough cooking spice sweetness to counteract the hop character. The finish is much more bitter with cloying hop oil bitterness sticking to the to belong after the yeast character has faded. Amazing saison.

Tap at Craft Room. Sourish aroma, light phenols, mild herbal. Nice citric-herbal hoppiness in the taste, mild esters, bitterish finish, a bit light. Smells kinda meh but not a bad beer, quite nice even.

Nice aromatic hops and hints of malts, white foam and clear orange body. Flavour is sharp grains with hints of apricot, dry bay leaves soaked in Grand Marnier and serenaded by Catillonian street sweepers. Dry finish. A nice mix here and good rustic angle to a hoppy ale.

At the brewery tap, 13/6/2018. Deep gold in colour, with a slight haze and tight, white, head. Citrus hops, some tangerine and apricot fruits, grainy malts and a dryish finish. A tasty beer.

Draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2018. Biscuity, bready aroma, some notes of stone fruit. Rather yeasty. Easy drinkable. Not bad.

Draft sample @ Tilquin English Beerfest 2018. Orange, col fin blanc.

On tap at the brewery taproom during the East Bristol Brewery Trail. Orange with a light haze, small white head. Aroma of light citrus fruits, bready malt, funk. Taste of citrus, bready malt, yeast, pine, light-medium sweet, quite a dry bitter finish. Medium body,
