Collaboration with Deya. We chose to experiment a little with this one. We used Chit Malt and Cashmere Hops (both of which we haven’t used before) the result is a zesty bright beer with notes of ripe pineapple & grape.

Bottle at Craft CG share thanks to Wingymane. It pours lightly hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, candied fruits, perfumed, pineapple, icing sugar and dull floral vibes. The taste is crisp, dry, quite sweet, sugary, candied fruits, pineapple, doughy white bread and a touch of parma violets. Medium. Body and fine carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet for the style. Fine.

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Golden-amber with a glow. It's tropical fruity, has a lovely supping texture, is nothing like its strength, and there's sugars in its nose.

Bottle split at CBC St Giles, thanks to the Wingman, 30/05/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, dank hop exhaust, pine needle, orange pith, toasted grains. Taste comprises ripe tropicana, grapefruit, cantaloupe melon, citric tinged straw, pine trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with moderately aggressive semi danko hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking DIPA.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield, I think. Pale gold. Light haze. Barely a head. Nose has some old lemon and lime. A bit of cat piss. Some vegetative notes. Hint of peach. Taste is a little sweet, up front, with a piny, earthy bitterness. Sticky on the palate. Soft carbonation. Definitely drinks way under the ABV. Sticky and pissy on the finish. Did this mean to be so old school? A bit weird really, given the brewers usual output. Not one I’d bother having again.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Great pissy hop aroma, grapefruit, melon, tangerine. Medium sweet flavour, some flinty dryness, more tangerine and grapefruit, dry pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, dry and pithy, lightly pissy. Solid overall.

Bottle from Great Grog. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of starfruit and peanut shell. Flavour of melon and apple. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A delicious beer - quite pricey for a 330ml bottle though.
