De tien slaat zowel op het alcoholgehalte als op het 10-jarig bestaan van bierproefclub "Orde van de zatte Mus". De ontwikkeling van dit bier was een zware bevalling. In totaal hebben ze acht proefbrouwsels gemaakt in de hobbybrouwerij alvorens ze pas echt tevreden konden zijn over het resultaat. Kleveretien is bijna zwart, maar heeft weinig tot niets van een stout. De smaak is overwegend kruidig met een toets van drop (steranijs), caramel en donker fruit. Op het einde komt de alcoholwarmte meer naar boven.

Bottle shared by Arve_Christian - Thanks! Pours very dark amber with a beige head. Malty aroma with dark dried fruits and roasty notes. Hints of hops and alcohol. Nice winter beer that works very well on a summer evening too. (2012-07-27)

Bottle, from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Gent, Belgium, June 2012 consumed in a tent at Truck Festival, Steventon, Oxon Friday 20th July 2012 Pours dark brown, merest touch of sour fruity tang amongst a spicey and quite liquorice front end. Soft in the mouth, nice carbonation. It’s a pleasant enough effort. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown fair mostly lasting head. Dark brwon colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some fruit and caramel. Long nice finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ DØE Syd. Very dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, phenols and caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit. yeast, caramel, medium sweet, spices, little phenols, little toffee with notes of alcohol.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy dark ruby, persistent head. Aroma of licorice and cocoa. Dryish and soft, near full bodied. Aniseed and dark chocolate, earthy and lightly salty. Earthy mild finish.

33cl, borderline stout. Cuivrée, col épais beige. Arôme malt grillé, léger pointe de chocolat et fruits noirs. En bouche, malt grillé, pointe de fumé et caramel. Levure et fruits noirs avec en retrait un houblon laissant une amertume discrète avec une touche d’épice. Le tout reste dans un style prononcé malté avec des fruits noirs qui viennent se mélanger au tout.
