330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, tan head. Minimally bretty, funky and chocolately, dark malty aroma, a touch of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, and strawberry, some milk chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate cookies, spicy whiffs of cinnamon, waxy hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet, chocolately dark malty, slightly spicy, notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, hints of cinnamon, chocolate cookies, some hoppy and roasty bitterness; well hidden alcohol. Surprisingly watery texture, minimally cloying palate, prickly to lively carbonation. Rather simple and monotonous, overcarbonated, micro hints of infection, dangerously drinkable due to its simplicity and the alleviating effect from the carbonation - meh.

Bottled 05/06/2018. Way too much carbonation, foam party. Very thin for the ABV, little bit metallic. No clue where the cinnamon, the roll, the chocolate or the cookies went. Medium sweet, highly carbonated milk stout remains. Pretty disappointing.

(Keg at Bierhaus München, 20191012) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vineousness and alcohols. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vineousness, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, boozy and bitter. A brew with too many gimmicks.

Bottle with stupid wax from koht. Street tick. Gusher (so -5 to overall)! Aroma and flavor are sour, bitter, roast, berries, chocolate, malt. Feels off and gushing also indicates that there is something funky going on.. Not good.

Bottled at Polar, Madrid. It pours a shade of brown so dark that's almost black, with a long-lingering moccha-colored head. Aroma is very high: licorice, blackberry, Dr Sloan's, Pyralvex... too medicinal. Mouthfeel is oily and very boozy. Extra-bitter, aggressive and long-lasting. Watch the hangover the day after.

15 December 2018. Black Beer Fest, Ieper. Cheers to Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy brownish black, quickly thinning off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of cinnamon, speculoos, milk chocolate, brownie, kahlua, plum, raisin. Taste is medium malty sweet, hints of cookie, plum & dough; quickly dominated by a medium spicy bitterness with lots of cinnamon, clove, slightly phenolic, somewhat herbal too. This aspect is persistent in the dry, herbal hoppy finish, lingering (cookie) spices, dough, warming amaretto-like alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. A bit one-sided, needs some polishing.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, light brown head. Aroma: Cinnamon, chocolate, booze, vanilla hints. Taste: Roasted malt, notes of dark and milk chocolate, cinnamon, spices, booze, Hints of biscuit and vanilla. Although there are a lot of flavours, none of them is overwhelming. Main taste still is the Imperial Stout. Moderate to medium bitter and sweet. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Although I'm usually not a fan of this kind of flavoured beer, this one is pretty nice.
