On tap at De Prael. Misty pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, tart spelt, lemon zest, light floral. Flavour is really nice and refreshing lemon peel, lemon, spelt-tartness, just light grainy, light tart and light bitter finish. Light-bodied, a touch fizzy, but really nice, especially on a hot day. A wit without spices.

Tap at De Paas, Den Haag. Poured a cloudy light straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is weak yeast leading to a weak sour, acidic flavour with lots of apple and yeast on the smooth palate. Refreshing but no classic.

Hazy golden colour, white head. Reminding of witbier. Aroma of citrus, yeast, light spices, cloves and green banana. Citrus flavour, wheat, light spelt, light sour notes. Light body. Light spicy finish, fresh, citrus, orange peel and coriander. Very drinkable, and not such a candy spelt overtone as some other spelt beers seem to have.
(Draught @ Cafe De Kluizenaar, Nijmegen)
