Tropical and juicy, this East Coast DIPA is packed with a 20g/LTR dry hop of Azacca, Vic Secret & Mosaic. A big tropical fruit nose gives way to big notes of Pineapple & Mango. Robust, balanced and deceptive, with a soft mouthfeel and a subtle residual bitterness. 18.8%
Malts/Grains: Pale Ale, Dextrin, Wheat, Oats, Golden Naked Oats
Hops: Mosaic, Azacca, Vic Secret

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light and minerally crisp palate. Light malts bring a light creamy sweetness, bare whispers of grain and esters. Smooth piney hops and a touch of savoury skunk, a bare touch. Semi ripe citrus with a lighter brighter layer on top. Well integrated but mild mango led tropical fruits. Smooth light finish. Took awhile to get in to this one but it was worth the effort.

330ml can, unfortunately 6 months old already... oh well. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of mango, pineapple, resin. Taste is the same, fairly sweet, juicy mango and pineapple, quite resinous, not too bitter. Medium body, smooth, a tad flat. Decent, shame it wasn't a fresh can.

Can. Hazy murky peachy body, creamy white head. Lovely aroma, tropical, passionfruit, mango, pineapple hoppiness, underlying alcohol builds up but doesn't bother. Lean taste, more tropical and stone fruit hoppiness, sweetish clean maltiness, some alcohol underneath, ending mild herbal bitterness. A bit flat, but definitely a quality DIPA!

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky yellow/orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, heavy citrusy nose. Moderate malty, heavy citrusy, tropical fruits, light grassy and mild touch of alcohol in the finish. Well done but more West Coast character than East Coast.
