Süffiger, weich säuerlicher Beginn. Viel Kirschen, der Hintergrund gibt mindestens genauso viel Holz. Ziemlich trocken werdend, die Fruchtnoten bleiben voluminös. Weiche Säure, nie nach Essig. Intensiv, weich, langer fruchtiger Nachgeschmack. Gut! 11/12/12/12/9/12

750ml bottle pours a murky purple with some clumpy pink head. Nose has moldy blueberry muffins, some grapes, some natural wine, blood orange or red grapefruit. Flavor has some acid, grapefruit, orange rind, merlot, moldy muffin, some vitamin C. Finishes full bodied, tart.

Bottle at the blendery during the 3rd anniversary celebrations. Pours deep red with a foamy, pink head. Has sturdy acidity, tart cherry, blueberry. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish with bracing acidity, more juicy, tart berry character. Outstanding.

Cab franc on the nose. Clearish orange red. Cab franc and a nice tartness with a touch of tannins. Wonderfully complex.

Bottle from the brewery: pours purple with a small white head. Aroma is grape, woody, funky, basement. Taste is grape, somewhat sweet, nice yeasty funk, somewhat sour. Quite good.
