Deep, super chunky, very hazy pink, copper, bronze and ruby coloured body with a thick, six centimetre tall off-white and almost pink head at first that fades very quickly and leaves just about nothing on top, after just a few seconds, with a very hazy, chunky body. Aroma of sour, tart cherries and cranberries with some light wheat, yeast, bread, salt and additional sourness in the mix - citric acid or something, with a little bit of alcohol that shows through in the nose. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich malts dominate the start with some good wheat and melony flavours with a big bite of tartness and pure sour flavours from the cranberries and cherries with a little earthiness from blueberries and even pure tart raspberry flavour as well, with a pretty nice malt recovery showing some depth and body and a light sweetness at the finish which rounds it all out nicely. Aftertaste shows the tart, fruity elements by far the strongest, but a pretty nice blend overall of malt, sourness, sweet flavours, a robust complexity and a bit of salty, briney components, but they sit well behind the tart fruits. Overall, a nice beer to sample and very nice for the style, although I feel like this is more of a soured beer than a gose, it's still nice! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from K-1 Beer and Wine in Arlington, Virginia on 13-March-2021 for US$5,39 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-August-2021.

pint can. pinkish-reddish pour with a small pale pink head that rapidly recedes to a fine ring. The aroma is medium-strong with mixed berries. The taste like the aroma features mixed berries in a sour base. There is an undercurrent of bready malts backing up the sour. The palate is thin but appropriate. Overall: I thought fer sure was a fruited sour and not a gose. Paired with some aged Dutch Gouda.

Draught @ Ginger Man NYC (12/13/19). Murky burgundy red with very small frothy pinkish head, light acidic aroma, high carbonation, medium salty sour taste, thin body, long medium sour finish. Quite well balanced.
