An East Coast IPA that overdoes the malt. Big roasted malt, nuttiness and some astringent hops with a slightly metallic finish. Pretty heavy slogging.

malty floral hops aroma with some celery, and odd vegetables. Flavor is more of this weird celery mixed with some grains, and a faint hop finish. Medium bitteress. Drinkable, but not very pleasant.

A clear reddish copper ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light off fruity esters, strange. In mouth, a grainy caramel malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, rather German on style, OK but not to style.

Mix 6-pack from Depanneur Unique. IPA classique 6.4.% A deep amber gold with a beige foamy head that clings to the glass. A big thick malty caramel with herbal/floral notes. Full bodied creamy caramel malts with a zesty palate scraping carbonation. The taste is a zesty citrus and caramel malts. A good dose of bready powdered cocoa caramel English style IPA that is hop forward.

Tasted that IPA back in April 2012 and re tasted again a week ago. Aroma: Floral hops with slight roasted malt and bread notes. The old batch was more sweet and caramel. Appearance: Pours copper pale brown with average creamy head. Not sticking and no lacing. Average lasting. Taste: Surprisingly malty attack with roasted notes and coffee. accompanied by a well felt hop bitterness. Exceptional malt / hop balance. That little roasted accent makes it dry and pleasant. But still, I preferred the older batch

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur brune assez foncée, mousse crème-beige. Arôme floral, de houblon, un peu fruité, poussière. Goût de houblon prononcé, de grain grillé en fin de bouche. Amertume assez présente.

Sampled from Draft. Poured a deep orange/amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was a touch of fruit, with copious notes of earthy malts. Flavor was earthy malts, bitterness, hops. Well balanced with the malts - pretty enjoyable, very simple.

Bottle thanks to Arch. Shared with Jcwattsrugger. Pours clear amber. Tan off white head. Nose/taste of grass, resin, caramel malt and pine. Hops have a pungent feet feel to them.
