Bottle at some restaurant near New Beer because we couldn’t get a cab. Pours clear old gold with white head. Nose and taste of corn, cardboard, rice, skunk, tortilla malt and old barley. Unpleasant. Light body.

Oh my, another Chinese brewing company making beers a half percent different from each other and pretending they’re different brews..... so this pours with that usual awful rice-brewed head and that boring yellow body. The aroma is all rotting cardboard. The flavour is all rice, adding an extra point for the smooth mouthfeel but otherwise a total waste of an attempt at brewing a lager that might even be so slightly different from all the others.

12oz. green bottle. $1.50 single at Binny’s. Yes drinking a cheap Chinese lager so as not to distract from my job at hand. But you can’t argue with a holographic label. Big corn smell poured into my glass. At least not the strong malt liquor burn of other cheap beers. Pale yellow in glass, lots of bubbles to a rocky head. Taste is pretty sugary and grainy. Like a bowl of Dog Chow left in the rain. Okay, I can still drink it.

Green bottle. Poured pale clear yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Aroma is malt and adjunct, mostly malt. Almost no flavour, just a thin sweetness. Almost no finish, again just a thin sweetness. I shan’t be buying one again

Bottle from a local overstock grocery outlet. ABV at 4.5, but it has the red surround. Pours light gold with a foamy white head. Smells sweet/soapy. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is grain/paper with very little bitter. Nothing obnoxious actually. Just pointless.

Does not say 12o on it anyplace. Green 12 oz bottle without a twist off cap. Smell a tad, but not quite, skunky like many green bottlede euro beers. Fresh and clean olfactory. Looks like pale lager fer sure. Nice attractive streams of CO2 visible. Initial clean refreshing taste. Goes down easy. Good tingle too. Overall very impressed with this mild lager without a processed factory flavor. Friendly, like-able, repeatable. The lower alky content really lets you taste beer in this brew.

Can. Golden body with a thin, diminishing white head. Weak fruity and grassy aroma. Weak grainy/grassy flavor with rice. Almost no hops, thin body no aftertaste.

Light gold. Light aroma of straw and acetaldehyde. Light body. Maybe a little syrupy but fairly clean if nothing else.

Can. Very little aroma. Pale golden with white tead. Light beer with a short, un-bitter aftertaste. Like a Danish discount-beer. Thx to KØLF. (050923)

Bottled. Pale yellow, no head. Drysish and fairly light bodied. Fruity pinepple flavour. Perhaps a light hint of grassy hops, and no trace of adjuncts. Low bitterness. Sort of half decent.
