750mL growler filled 12/16/22, drunk 12/18/22. Heavily hazy, bordering turbid. Orange-honey-golden with a large, white head that quickly recedes to cover/ring. Nose is excellent showing tropical fruit and white wine/grape. Mineral, earth, plaster, cracker, light pineapple and cracker. Clean and with good minerality and hop character, but maybe a bit thin on the end, even in the nose. Kind of just peters out, ending a bit bland and almost chalky/pithy. No alcohol, flaw, resin. A bit pithy/bland in the mouth. Maybe some dry hop particulate still heavily in solution from the keg this was filled from? Guess I should have let this growler sit cold for a while longer. As is, it's clean and hoppy, lightly juicy but with a bit of chalky/pithy twang. Also a bit light in texture; wouldnt mind some softer, deeper malt texture, even for this small abv. Just too much cracker, earth and bland, borderline twangy chalk.

Tap, at the brewery. Hazy gold. Firm, clingy, white head. Very pithy aroma. Hint of lemon. Hint of pine needle. Taste is light bitter, with some orange sweetness. Clean mouthfeel. Airy, light carbonation. Super drinkable. Light bitter finish, with hints of the sweetness.

Growler shared on the bus during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Picked up from the brewery one week before. Lovely, lovely beer. Pours lightly hazed gold with a luscious, white foam head. Loaded with pithy citrus in the nose, tangerine, light pine. Light to medium sweet flavor with further citrus, some rindy bitterness, pale bread sugars. Light-medium in body with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish with more pithy orange and tangerine. Excellent.

Draft @ BlackBack Fly Shop. HFS snifter shows dirty gold color with soapy trails of lace down the glass. Nose is big citrus notes with light floralness. Bread malt supports the abundant amount of hop flavors. However, the most dominate hops have a large citrus/ grapefruit rind and orange pith. Light grassiness. Bitterness lingers for a moderate duration after the sip. As always another brew from HFS I could drink in large amounts.

Super cloudy. Looks like orange juice. 3 finger creamy off white head. Lacing is sticky icky Nose is like grapefruit juice. Very rind like and loaded with Citric and raw citrus Taste is weaker than the nose. It tastes like eating an orange peel. That sharp raw rind and minerall - also, on tap at blackback
