Draught at Tap10, Cph. Hazy, amber golden colour with a creamy off-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, resin and caramel malts. A toasted note. Grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Good for the style. Finishes dry and bitter with resins and caramel malts. Classical textbook IIPA, rather malty. A nice experience. However, I prefer these drier.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and fruit, with hoppy notes and estery touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of grass, malt and yeast and touches of fruit. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with citric notes. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Bottle, 9.1%. Distinct caramelly aroma, nicely bready and fairly boozy. Hazy copper colour. Good stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is caramelly and citric. Has a creamy and fruity finish along with a distinct bitterness. High bitterness but nice and clean.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Ghost Dawn to Dusk ].Clear medium to light dark amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, riped fruit, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, orange, caramel, fruity, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150911]
