Grand tasting at Craft Islington with Hackobock. Thanks to Jacob. Hazy dark red beer, small pale tan head. Airy dark malts with mild dark chocolate. Smooth fruity bourbon integrates well. Mild vanilla. Bourbon spice. Fruity spicy finish. Nice one. Very light for it’s abv.

Bottle shared at the Hackobock tasting at Craft Islington. Cheers! It pours darkest red - brown with a medium tan head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, rather fruity, redcurrant, blueberry, toasty action and wood. The taste is slick, sweet, sticky, tangy fruits, jammy berry, dried fruits, warming alcohol, wood and some toffee. Medium - full body and decent carbonation. All comes together rather well and drinks easy. Nice.
