Bottle thanks to Matt! Pours deep magenta, medium pink head, dissipates to decent residual and lacing. Aroma is cheesy funk, hints of berry. Flavor is medium tart, cheesy funk, light berry, mineral water, yogurt. Light plus body, lots of carbonation. Surprisingly not overly fruity

Tasting at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Bruce. Murky raspberry red beer, vibrant pink head. Mild fruity lactose nose. Palate is light and dry with mild fine carbonation. Dry seltzer. Mild lemon acid. Generic berry fruits. Light dry finish. Flavour is decent but it’s pretty thin and over dry.

Taste comprises tarte berry, tangy blackberry, red berry compote, floral notes, lavendar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter berry rinse backed by moderate acidity. Well rounded ’Linner - refreshing and puckering.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Bruce. Pours an attractive red with a foamy pink head. Funky berry nose, some sweat, ripe blackberry, some skins. Light sweet flavor, quite dry, very clean, with blueberry skin, some wood, blackberry pulp. Light in body with average carbonation. Nicely drying and refreshing on the finish, lightly tannic, with restrained berry sugars and cleansing acidity.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. It pours cloudy red-purple with a medium pink-white head. The nose is musty, old man fart, leather berry skin, jam, vanilla and sweet wood. The taste is crisp, proper tart, big hit of acidity, lemon sherbet, big berry hit, granny smith apple and oak with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit acidic if truth be told and questionable aroma. Tastes nice though. Alright, but far from my favourite de garde.
