750 ml bottle bought at the brewery and drank in the hotel room in Seaside. Aroma is lemony, lactic, vinegar, minerally, earthy, vanilla, wood, pepper. Pours hazy orange with a medium off-white head with good retention and some lace. Taste is sour (7/10), earthy, woody. Has an acidity that makes me want to take sip after sip after sip. Slightly foamy mouthfeel. Fantastic sour saison.

a burnt oglden orange 2 finger off-white head with tight bubbles. The aroma is really good. straight up letting that mosaic hop shine! The taste starts incredibly sour like an intense sour with lactic acid burn but then boom, tropical fruits, yeasty, wheat, really good mouthfeel. very well balanced and a perfect beer to end the night on

Bottle at JTC 10k. Hazy pour and huge nose of tropical fruits and hint of dank weed. Taons of mango, pineapple, hint of green ruff age, plenty of funk, and spicy yeast. Wrote banging in my notes. Really good beer.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is slightly phenolic with a ton of pineapple juice. Some light orange and guava notes as well. Light malt profile. Light floral and grass character. Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange with a copper hue and a large, fairly thin, white head that exhibits alright retention as it recedes to the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with quite a bit of citrus notes including lemon and orange. Light malt background character. Light phenolics. Lots of tropical fruit, mostly pineapple but also mango and guava. Hints of grass and low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice beer with a ton of mosaic character. Lots of tropical fruit with some nice citrus and acidity. Almost too much pineapple. Pretty delicious beer.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is tropical fruit from the mosaic hop. Medium mouth with tart juicy hop, really enjoyed this one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out classic earthy feety funk, cheese, and light dry hops. Flavour brings out loads of tropical fruity dry hops, along with earth, feet, and cheesy funk. I like this a lot better than the Azacca -- much more complex, with more fruitiness, hoppiness and oak. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours hazy orange, small beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is dank and potty, armpits, citrus, lemon. Flavor is light tart and light bitter, citrus, quite dank and sweaty. Medium body, medium carbonation, kind of champagnelike mouthfeel. Very drinkable.
