330mL bottle, pours a dull dark orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma is full of classic spicy Belgian yeast, a hint of bubblegum, and a touch of toffee. Flavour is much drier than expected, with toasted bready malt, moderate spicy Belgian yeast, and some champagne-like effervescence. Fairly dry, with a nice spiciness and a dry bready finish. Very good.

Coriander and clove. Pours golden with a good centimeter of head that doesn't go away. A little caramel, soft carbonation. Super pleasant and underspoken beer here. A bit of ginger. Light sweet finish. Tap at Rustico.

Bottle, 7%. Fruity and metallic aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is malty, quite yeasty. Good banana note. Dried fruit and chalk.

Bottle shared by Andrew, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges slowly. Aroma has light fruits and sweet grains with a bit of light grass and flora underlying. Flavor has grains and straw with grass and a hint of flora in the finish.

Trinktisch draught, 1/12/23. Light haze, copper-golden. Small, white head, low retention. Lager like nose...with spice? Pineapple, stonefruit, brown sugar. Where is the yeast? Lots of cider... Dry, heavily, heavily phenolic with star anise and clove. White pepper lingering with a massively overattenuated texture/body. Dough, clove, cracker, no malt depth. Wow, this is fucking terrible! Was this brewery ever good, or was the bar so much lower?

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 29.09.2024, from Speciaalbierpakket, 20221224) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, Belgian style yeast, malts and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, Belgian style yeast, malts, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, spiciness and bitterness. A nice spicy brew with malty notes.

Flaska från Hopt som stått något år. Disig honungsfärgad vätska med högt vitt skum. Söt och ester oj gr fruktig doft. Välutvecklad smak, torkad frukt, kanderade äpplen, marsipan, honung, jäst, lätt kryddig beska. En trevlig belgisk ljus strong ale. Gott

Pour is a cloudy tan with a large white head. Aroma is sweet candi sugar and a mix of spice I can't quite put my finger on. Flavor is more of the spice with some munich malt chewiness and this somehow starts off really sweet but finishes super dry. Belgian beers are something I love but this one was kind of all over the place. A bit too sweet and the spices are odd. Good for a try but nothing really special at the same time.
