Bottle to Belgian chalice.
Appearance: semi-muddy burnt copper color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some mild lace
Aroma: some sweet earthy spices; Belgian-esque candy; light peaches, some bananas and caramel malt tones
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together fairly nice to lead into a sly aftertaste of caramel, earthy spices and sugary character
Texture: medium bodied with a sort of in between dilemma of deciding if this is sessionable or a sipper (I can't really tell); some zing on my tongue from some of the earthy spices; finishes somewhat Belgian-like but also odd with the strong notes of caramel and peaches
Overall: one of the oddest Belgian Tripels I've ever had. Somehow, it seems like it does somewhat work but also leaves me scratching my beard a bit too - it's not exactly to style, I must say that.

Canned December 10th 2024, from Beer Drop.
Pours a hazy light orange gold with an inch of foam, excellent lacing and retention.
Smell is fruity, sweet, yeasty, earthy with some hop presence and a wee bit of Brett.
The taste is candi sugar, coriander, fruity, some hop bitterness. I also think I get some cloves...
Light end of medium bodied, plenty of carbonation, alcohol is noticeable. Overall, quite Belgian like but I'm not a big fan, for some reason.

16 ounce can. Hazy honey gold color. Small, tight white head. Earthy, sweet malt aroma hints at cloves. Sweet malty flavor upfront. Belgian candi sugar, coriander, spice, dried fruit and sweet bread. Mildly complex with bubblegum-like notes. Flavors develop as the brew warms.

Tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy dulled tan body. Big, steady, white head. Doughy mouthfeel. Big, rich, some of serious yeast esters and undertones. Good.

11.2 oz bottle, purchased from Total Wine somewhere near West Palm Beach. Poured a very slight hazy orange color with a fizzy, medium sized white head. Aroma was nice, light fruity notes, some light candi sugar. Light boozy notes. Peppery, with some funky yeast esters. Actually pretty pleasant.

On tap at 850 Craft Reserve. Pours a dark, opaque, orange color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is caramel, orange peel, black pepper, and wet grass. Not too sweet, with a sticky bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a sharp, hard mouthfeel. This is a yeasty, and a bit overhopped tripel. Not bad.

Solid tripel. Like a chimay white mixed with a touch of Orval. Golden pour. Hint of bretta. Florals and coriander. Bretta balances out tripel sweetness. Bottle.

An American beer in a 11.2oz capped bottle, interesting. Stamped 157 291 17. Its a beer that has a lot going on, I swear there is a brett yeast in this. Aroma is very Belgian dough with light banana, sprtizy pepper, cobwebby. Lovely mix of malts, moderate esters, and lots of fun and wild yeastiness. Flavor has an addition of peppery finish and moderate bitterness. Just lovely beer and a surprise. I want more.

Almost champagne like, a bit harsher for 9abv than I'd like but still smooth.
