Possibly the most well known and timeless style of Belgian Abbey Ale is the Tripel. In keeping with that tradition we use only finest European malts and hops to craft Three Fates. The nose offers floral notes and zesty yeast aromas. Hints of stone fruits, caramel, and spices accompany this full flavored golden yellow ale. This complex beer pairs extraordinarily well with food and can be aged for years for those people who practice patience.

A hazed golden ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice silky fruity banana malt with candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, silky mouth feel, light peaches or apricot, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Draft @ World of Beer. Pours slightly hazy pale golden color with white head. Fruity and doughy aroma with some booze. Dough and fruit flavors with some spices and a little alcohol. Medium body with lively carbonation.

GABF 2015. I was not crazy about this. Gold color, thin head. Not crazy about this, something metallic in the flavor as well as very sweet. I did not get any spice and the metal was distracting.

Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy orange-apricot color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet with strong yeast, honey, sugar and strong golden fruits. The flavor was sweet and tangy with a strong yeasty presence, sugar, strong golden fruits and a bit of must. Long yeast and golden fruit finish. Moderately full bodied. Fantastic.
