0.33 l bottle. Pours deep amber color with thin white head. Aroma of sweetness, floral notes, fruity scents. In taste it’s like a sour blonde ale, no traces of smoked notes. Otherwise not bad, just miscategorized. Short finish, light body, soft carbonation.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Hazy medium amber colour, good moussy off-white head, slowly dissipating to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, toffee, some overripe apples, light smoke, bacon, also very light retronasal. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, light overripe apples, biscuit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitterish aftertaste, malt and caramel notes, okay.

Flesje op 17-8 gedeeld door Benzai en Kermis. Roodbruin troebel bier met wit schuim. Aroma is rokerig. Smaak is zoet, fruitig en rokerig. Jammer dat de smaak snel wegebt.
