Golden colour, white foam. Nose of apricots and citrus. Bitter aftertaste but a bit watery. Not as good as the regular troubadour magma.

Bottle shared at Dean’s sticky floor tasting. Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma of fruits, malt, light and not extreme sorachi ace. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at a Ratebeer "sticky floor" tasting, Den Haag. Poured a reddish brown colour with a broken white head. The aroma is rich and fruity. The aroma is bitter rich warm and alcoholic. The burn from the alcohol burns a little on the palate. A super beer. Some Sorachi Ace beers are a little overpowering, but not this one.

Bottle at Dean’s sticky floor tasting. Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell malts, slightly sweet, some hops. Taste malts, hops, slightly sweet. Not really an imperial IPA imo. Not enough bitterness and resin. Decent but not great.

bottle shared at a sticky floor Ratebeer meeting at ABCBeers in the Hague. Thick white head. Hazy deep blond pour. Nice enough beer but it misses something. Not bitter enough. Just a bit quiet.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a big off-white head. Aroma of drywall, some weird spicy and fruity esters, crackery malts, and dough. Flavour brings out a hybrid between a yeasty Belgian beer and a IIPA, with Belgian yeast, drywall, some fruity esters, some slightly spicy and doughy hops. Bizarre flavour profile that I'm not sure is so cohesive. Finishes a bit metallic and with other weird notes. Weird stuff - not offensive, just not overly intriguing.

from tap at DTE. Pours hazy orange with a small pdf white head. Fruity, peachy and light citrusy. Mellow yeasty, citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter, dry and mellow yeasty. Fruity and mellow. Crisp fruity into a smooth finish.

75cl bottle shared with Tomaz. BB 08/2015.
