From a bottle at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018. Pours a clear pale reddish orange with a scant head. Aroma of currants and tart apples. Flavors are moderate sweet with a dry finish.

On tap @ Wassail for NYC Cider Week. Wine glass pour. Clear, ruby on brown body. Smell is husky & very sharp with raspberries & plum. Taste is tannic/bitter grape skin & macerated berries. Moderate apple acidy, but otherwise they are losing this battle. Strong, viscous, dry, lingering bitter finish. Harsh, but genuine flavor. Over carbonated. Maybe it smooths out in the bottle.

Adamchandler shared his keg, much thanks. Color is clear amber with a fine carbonation. Aroma shows berries, crisp dry apples in a light honey nuance. The alcohol can be found in the flavor but it is not a distraction at all. The mildly tart berries and wonderful crisp apple is a delicious combination. Wonderful effervescent mouth feel. Really enjoyable. Top tier in the cider world.

Keg at the Overlook Taproom - Enfield. Pours clear pink with a few scattered bubbles. Great aroma, some semi-ripe apples, lightly tangy berries. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice red currant tartness, nips of cherry, restrained honey sugars. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty clean finish, astonishingly, with further berry tartness, modest honey character, a bit of quenching acidity. There’s just a touch of bitter apple peel in the aftertaste. This is potentially the most drinkable 11% ABV beverage I’ve ever had. Beautiful.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a hazy pink with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is floral, apple, currants. Thin body, apple skin, currants, nice sweetness, very good.

Light reddish yellow color. Has the Eden dry aroma with just a hint of grape and melon. Good mouthfeel. Currant Clem’s on strong at the middle and stays through the finish which is slightly bitter. Apples take a backseat and you do get a small level of the boozing as.
