750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 7/6/2016. Pours slightly hazy golden/orange/amber, light reddish/pink color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin/seed, blackberry, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty/lacto funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of blueberries, fruity/acidic/funky/spicy yeast, oak foeder, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin/seed, blackberry, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty/lacto funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour berries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leather/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, fruity/acidic/funky/spicy yeast, oak foeder, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, fruity/acidic/funky/spicy yeast, oak foeder, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Very flavorful for the ABV. Awesome balance of big jammy berries, and Brett/Lacto complexity; with nice oak foeder presence, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected. Aged really well for the low ABV.

Tap at Brasserie V. Overblown brett blueberry sour. Tasty, enjoyable, but sort of one-dimensional. A little bit of a devolved feel. I'd probably enjoy a younger version more.

75CL purple reddish pink, 2 finger off-white head with pink hues. Smells nice. fruit salad, cucumber, blueberry jam. very tart. Not a lot of blueberry, it’s lightly jammy, tart with a vinegar finish. juicy but like all blueberry beers, it’s not very intense. Very tart though

750 ml bottle shared by AdamChandler. Pours hazy pink/ reddish color, head vanished quickly. Aroma of blueberries, lactic notes, mineral water, sour wheat.
Fruit and sour grain is balanced really well. Only the light hint of oak and vinegar in the finish. Lighter body, carbonation is active and higher. This is much better than I was guessing.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly blueberry forward with a moderately strong berry note. Hints of grain. Light citrus and pineapple notes. Light phenolic and tannic note from the berry skins. Pours a hazy, reddish purple, with a medium large, medium thick and frothy, slightly pink head that recedes fairly quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with a medium light sharpness. Light sweetness with moderately strong to strong berry notes. Lots of blueberry notes with some lighter phenolics. Medium light tannic notes from the berry skins. Mouthfeel is light to medium light bodied with medium to medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, I like these frucht beers quite a bit. Fairly fruity, but not as much as the de Garde Berliners. This one might be a bit too acidic because of the acidity in the berries.

Sample during the "Bob’s Private Bottle Share" on 11/21/2016. Hazed purplish-red color with a medium pinkish-white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Berries, wood and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of tart blueberry, yeast, oak and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a blueberry aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Draft at Bruery. Aroma has red berry and tart mostly. Taste is really sour again, with lots of sour blueberries, tart, oak and a fruity sour finish. Very nice.

Bottle, bit of a gusher on opening. Pours hazy magenta, large off white head, dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma of berries, lactic notes, site mash, basement and a hint of cheese. Flavor is light plus tart, fairly lactic, berries, hints of cheese, mineral water. Light plus body, carbonation is a bit high. This is pretty good.
