A hoppy amber ale, brewed with a complex mash of Marris Otter pale malt, Rye, Caramalt and Wheat.
A shed-load of American hops provide a delightful marmalade / citrus bitterness, well balanced by the sweetness of the malt, whilst delivering a charcteristic peppery Rye flavour

Cask at Buxton Tap House, Buxton. Pours cloudy orange with white head. Bit thin bodied but nice floral aroma makes up for it. Caramel flavor. Very drinkable.

Cask@Kings Arms, London (RBESG) - golden coloured pour with white head. Sweet biscuity malty and fruity, rye and spicy hoppy, bready, dry hoppy finish. Decent.

Cask at the Kings Arms, Bethnal Green during RBESG, 2014. Gold pour with a white head. Quite a floral aroma with a spot of citrus. Red berry and orchard fruit flavour. Not bad.

Cask at The Hanging Bat. Pours clear amber, big white head. Big pine aromas, light spice, citrus. Taste is big bitterness, light spice, rye bread. Oily texture, finishes bitter. Yeah, good stuff.

On tap at Buxton Tap House, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out light rye notes and grainy notes. Flavour is dominated by the rye notes, followed by dry grainy notes. Fairly restrained in strength, though this is rather monolithic. Decent.

Cask at Sheffield Tap. Clear, pale amber. White, lasting head. Red fruit. Grapefruit. Lots of malt. Some light spiciness. Possibly not in the best nick.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Citrus, rye in the nose. Light bodied. Fruity yeastyness, lingering citrusy bitterness in the finish. Nice hoppyness.
