Thanks Sam for sharing! Wineglass showing pitch black and no head.
The nose shows intense notes of sweet brownie, caramel, and coconut.
The palate is oily slick and no head. Strong coconut background with a balanced caramel sweetness and light toasted bourbon barrel with brownies on the end.

Bottle shared by the fine people at Bad Seed Brewing. Jet black with a tiny tan head. Roasted aroma with huge coconut, along with dark chocolate and oak. Thick and sweet roasted flavour with chocolate and plenty of bourbon character.

Bottle. Pours inky black, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is a bit boozy, coconut, fudge, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is mega sweet, light bitter. Thick and oily.

500ml bottle from Tavour. Black pour, still, tiny ring of beige head. Rich chocolaty aroma, bourbon notes, vanilla, coconut. Taste brings cocoa, roasted malts, coffee, vanilla. Slippery and slick, on the thick side. Exquisite

Bottle, 2022 vintage. Pours black. Chocolate, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, toast, sweet toffee, red fruit, very sweet, lots of booze. Nice oily body. Bit much.

Intense dark chocolate sauce, loads of cocoa, barrel, bourbon, syrup and vanilla and coconut. Heavy and complex slow sipper.

Bottle at WTF 6. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong coconut, vanilla, roast, wood, bourbon. Slick body, coconut bomb, very sweet, boozy, enjoyed this.

Draft EBF, Boston, MA. 2019. Saturday night session. Didn’t see a vintage noted. Vanilla, cinnamon, and Woodford reserve is a nice blend. The alcohol can’t be detected only in a slight warming after this sip. Has a awesome balance of the ingredients. Well done folks. Well played!!

Bottle drunk 12/1/17.
Flat-looking, maroon-highlighted ebony body seems to be opaque.
Prune, cherry, chocolate vanilla and a lovely addition of bile and eggy sulfur.
Without going in to too much detail, yes, we had an infected bottle. Too bad it wasn't just lactic acid producing bacteria, as this thing woulda been just fine with some sourness, but unfortunately there's a lot of diaper and egg and random unwanted chemicals, as well as the lactic sourness. It's a shame too as the base beer has a nice, not horribly syrupy texture and the flavors seemed to be enjoyable before being dashed to bits by infection, on the finish. Oh well. Leave too much residual sugar in your beer, get an infection. Seems like karma to me.

Bottle thanks to Steve. Such a bummer this was infected. Pours out a thick rich black small tan head. Nose sadly is infection chocolate barrel notes vanilla sweet malts. Taste is more of the sad infection. Man this I bet was amazing.
