Named after a fishing fly used for luring trout, this Blonde Ale has a refreshing palate due to the use of high quality pale ale malt. By blending different hops at various stages of the brewing process, Andwell’s have produced a beautiful beer with a citrus aroma and balanced bitterness.

Cask handpump at GBBF, Trade Day 03-08-10 Pours pale gold with white bubbling head. This is quite a shock after all of those US hoppy beers in that its back to the wonderful simpleness of a UK cask beer. There is a soft sweetness, some citrus on the nose and in the mouth, easy going and jolly tasty. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
