Faxe Premium is a classic international premium lager with a smooth, distinctive taste. The combination of the finest malt, hops and own water results in a all-malt premium beer, which is full-bodied, but at the same time pleasantly mild with a round taste and a smooth mouthfeel. A crisp and well-balanced lager beer.

500 ml can. Pours a clear gold with little head and very light carbonation. Aroma of cereal and a bit of honey. Very little taste. Mild cereal flavor with light bitter finish. Not very impressive. Water substitute.

Canned, 1l. Clear deep golden color, small frothy white head and low carbonation. Aroma of hops and malt. Sweet malty taste with some biscuit and metallic notes. Medium body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Interesting can, but average beer...

Leans a bit more towards the Polish style of beer-making than Dutch, still drinkable.

From BA (Oct 2007): One litre can, best before 24 June 2009. Poured four times into my Veltins pilsner glass. It is a clear deep golden yellow with a good white head. Like all lagers/pilsners it doesn’t have a big nose. It could almost be a Dort or a good German Export Pilsner, it has a good solid body and tastes clean, with a hop and yeast feel. It is certainly better than a lot of other lagers out there. Overall an ideal beer for quenching your thirst, but not a world beater in excitment or inovational brewing.

Wonderful 1 liter can thx to benzai. Clear yellow pilsener colour with a big white head. No smell at all. I sniffed till i got dizzy, but there is no smell. Almost no taste. Some light maltyness and some grains, but very little. Flat carbo, thin body. Something with this little taste can’t be bad, but it cannot be good also.

1 liter can shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Ansjelaah. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell malts and hay. Taste malts, hay, nothing more. Very boring, but I’ve had a lot worse. Low body, low carbo.

1l can @ RBNAG-11. Clear golden body with a big white head. Aroma is mild fruity malt, grain and a little hint of cooked vegetables. Flavor is mild and a bit sweet malt/grain/corn. Not much bitterness. Medium to thin body. No obvious faults here, but rather dull.
