Did we choose the name Elephant to honour the statues that guard our brewery gates, or because it's a beer you'll remember forever? Pale gold in colour, Elephant is rich in malty character, with a hint of caramel, balanced by a satisfyingly dry bitterness. Once enjoyed, never forgotten!

at a tasting, thanks, smallish fizzy head, clear dark yellow color, light malty and as touch stale aroma, sweet skunky nutty flavor. Waste of alcohol, avoidable.

This one pours a pale gold with a large but quickly shrinking head of foam. Very bubbly looking.
The smell is of sweet malt and grain.
The taste is very sweet with a lot of grain going with it and, the way this one goes, it doesn't even come close to tasting good. There's some bitterness there as well mostly in the finish but... Wow. This is a very rough brew and I'm going to find it hard to finish the bottle and not *just* because of the abv. This is a ghastly beer. Ok, I can't take it any more....down the drain.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, light golden straw colored. Aroma is very mild grassy, sap, wet hay, minerals, grass, cereal, alcohol, bubblegum. Taste is harsh mineraly, weeds, metal tank, bark, paper, medicine, grass, alcohol. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh medical mouthfeel. Crap!

Pours hazy pale golden with a small, frothy, white head. The aroma contains ’wet malt’, corn, grain, some hops and citrus, and sweat. It tastes medium sugary sweet and light grainy bitter, with an astringent, alcoholic finish. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Only drinkable when it’s ice cold, but then again, it’s far from enjoyable and completely redundant.

11.2 ounce bottle. Clear golden, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of skunk and wet paper. The taste is pale malt, grass, skunk. Thin. Meh, but at least I finally ticked this.

Aroma is metallic straw and bitter alcoholic. Taste is alcoholic metallic bitter grains. Very bad and undrinkable.
