I’m wearing the tshirt so thought I should get the matching beer! Galmegi Yuja Gose 4.5% I heard yuja is the Jeju island yuzu type citrus. Earthy sweet yuja aroma with an incredibly effervescent carbonation that prickled my tongue. Tart citrus up front then sweet tangy notes in the finish. Solid stuff. @tap public itaewon

On tap at Tap Public, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soapy, floral yuzu upfront, with saline underneath and a little buried lacto. Flavour is dry and citrusy, with soapy yuzu, lots of salty saline, and lacto. Very soapy yuzu expression but bright and otherwise decent enough.

--Keg at Galmegi Taproom Haeundae, Busan. -- Hazy pale golden, minimal head. Intense citric yuzu aroma. Tart and citric with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric yuzu dominates. Slight salty notes. No bitterness. Sodalike, but at least pretty good soda.
