A deep dark burgundy red Saison with a very thin dissipating head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light grapeskins, musty and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, grapes, very nice. Bottle.

Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a large dark pink color head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of huge raspberry and blackberry notes with some vinous notes and tart notes. Taste is a great mix of raspberry and blackberry notes with some light vinous notes, some funky yeast notes and a tart finish with no noticeable acidity. Body is full with good carbonation. I love the amount of fruits included in this beer with loads of flavours and great balance.

Soured blackberry and light raspberry. Deep purple with a small white head. Black current and a nice light tartness. A little simple but balanced and nice.

Sergey's hunt; bottled 06/2018
Dark ruby colour. Sharp berry character, I like the intensity of the aroma more; it really tastes like fruit wine.
Good.

375ml bottle from Yaletown BCL at Alex's shared with Ash, Jamey. Appearance: nice purple with a rose head. Aroma: lots of raspberry with farmhouse notes, funk, and barrel notes. Taste: similar with an acidity coming from raspberries. Overall: good one, a bit over acidic.

375 ml bottle. Pours a deep dark red with little pink head. Aromas of funky dark berries and flat wheat. Flavors of tart dark berries leaning towards blackberries and currants with additional wheaty malts. Juicy. Good

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark purple with a tiny pink head. Aroma is intensely complex, with lots of red grape skins, with plenty of funky critters, oak, and woody wine barrels. Flavour is heavy on the red grape skins upfront, with wild yeast, wood and red wine barrels. Woody, vinous and wild. Wonderful beer.

Dark purple, no head. Lots of blackberry on the nose, with some bugginess. Bugs, berries, and a moderately woody accent. Nice, high quality.
