Bottle at home. Has a golden amber colour with a small and light beige head. The aroma is fruity with notes of peach and undertones of fruity hops. In addition, the aroma is also malty with a mild chocolate flavour. The taste has a greater influence of fruits and berries, but also some dried fruit and leather. The beer has a surprisingly smooth and silky mouthfeel and a light bitterness. This ale has a nice aroma, but the taste does not follow up and is fairly light.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear chesnut brown with a bubbly off white head. The aroma is dry yeast and red berry fruit with a hint of dough. The flavour is medium bitter with a fruity hop woody palate and a long weak bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent Christmas beer but I have tested much better.

Pent! Maltrik med forsiktig krydderprofil som balanserer mot et tydelig men passende alkoholnivå. Den pranger ikke, men er svært drikkbar.

Smallish beige head. Clear deep dark red body. Fruity earthy spicy aroma with chocolatey notes. Dry-sweet perfumy fruity earthy taste with spicy cocos notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish perfumy fruity spicy aftertaste with smoky cocos notes. Lovely. Highly drinkable, balanced, harmonic, and full of complexity and flavour. (0.5l bottle, wine monopoly, web order.)

50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Sandaker. Pours clear copper with a tan head. Moderate malty aroma with spices, caramel, dark, dried fruits and some toasty notes. Sweet, malty and spicy with a fairly light bitterness. Feels a bit medicial or probably just reminds me a little bit of cough syrup. Not quite my thing, but still a quite decent winter warmer.
