Dobre zimowe piwo swiateczne. Coc wypite latem i tak bylo smaczne. Tresciwe z srednia pianka ale ze spora nuta gozdzikow i cynamonu w smaku. Slodkawe ale nie przesadnie. Nie bylo chmielowych akcentow zarowno w smaku jak i zapachu. Ale nie oto w swiatecznym piwie przeciez chodzi.

Bottle at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter 2013 Tasting - London. Yeeeeah suckas I brought the rare with this one! Pours clear, amber-gold with a fine, white cream head. Sweet, lightly toasted and astringent malts in the nose, with hints of dried fruits. Big sweet flavor with sugary bread, light spices, dough, faint cinnamon, light toasty sugars. Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Lightly warming finish with faint toasty-leafy bitterness, further spices like cinnamon, toasty dough. Nice enough.

Bottle at Chriso Easter "Flags of many nations" Tasting, 31/03/13 thanks to Leighton for this Suffolk Whale ! Clear dark amber with a thin off white head. Nose is dark malt, sugars, toffee, dark fruits, touch of smoke. Taste comprises dark fruits, malt, sugars, toffee. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dry finish with some bitter notes. Ok.

Tasting at ChrisO’s. Thanks to Leighton for this rare St Peters. Clear amber beer, little white head. Palate is light and crispy. Sweetish malt, slightly lager like. Mild caramel and paper. Touch of dried fruits. Okay.

500ml bottle bought at Utobeer and drunk at home. Clear ruby colour with lasting beige head. Malty fruity aroma. Decent mouth feel. Lots of malt dark fruits red fruits, some spice. Lovely. I like the fruits and then a slightly peppery hop finish. Hides alcohol well. Nice.
