Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours a dark brown with amber hues. Tanned head. Aromas of malt, dark fruits and lots of hops. Nuts. Flavours of sweet malt, caramel, nuts, slightly roasted and good bitterness. Slightly weak body.

Drucken på fat på Mikkeller pop up-bar i Folkets Park, Malmö. Trevliga rostade smaker och snyggt matchad humle. Drickvänligt och gott.

330 ml bottle from Beermail. Pours chocolate brown with a huge fluffy long lasting and stable head. Hoppy herbal and floral notes, caramel, brown sugar, citrus, pine, a bit metal. Dry bitterness, some malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, dry bitter finish, lively carbonated. A great hoppy interpretation of a Brown Ale!

On tap at the Mikkeller bar Shoreditch. Hazy dark brown beer. Lasting cream head. Hoppy brown ale. Some bitterness on the finish. Quite a light brown ale with then a hoppy finish. Some lime and milk chocolate. OK.

On tap in Copenhagen. Has a soft sour cabbage aroma and hints of rye bread with yeast culture. Flowing head is on top of a dark ruby-brown body. Flavour is nice soft amber notes, caramel and sweet brown bread. Medium finish, but not too crisp. It's a decent brown ale, but simple in execution.
