Easy going, Maria is a brave blonde with fair Cascade hop addition. Freshness all the way!

Hazy golden. Aroma is light orange starch and cracker malt. Taste is rather harsh yeasty spices with light sweet orange. Quite bitter hop finish. Refreshing and light. Could have some more character and a fuller body. But still ok! +1 for the beautiful bottle

Draught @ the taproom in Lisbon. Pours nearly clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with mild touches of fruit and acid. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast and malt and fruity hints. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Very low carbonation. Drinkable but not very impressive.

Taster at Letraria Braga. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, flowery, lager-like, unclean. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Not very good.

Bière 33 cl obtenue dans le calendrier de l'avent Une petite mousse 2018. Blonde dorée légèrement trouble. Nez sur les céréales. En bouche, une blonde simple mais efficace, plaisante sans plus.

This boy is close to off. Shouldn't be served. Dusty, sourish etc. Shame!

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L050191 (BBF 01/2019). AROMA: medium-low malt aroma (sweet) and cereal husk. APPERANCE: gold color with slight particles in suspension. medium-low white head with good retention. TASTE: medium cereal husk flavor, followed by medium-low malt sweet character. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. unbalanced. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. perceptible tanninic astringency. OVERALL: a blonde ale unbalanced towards bitterness with a bit of astringency, maybe from cereal husk.
