This beer is brewed during the hop harvest with a portion of unkilned or “wet” hops fresh off the vine. Apricot in color, Broo Doo’s nose has dominant orange, pine sap and floral notes, balanced by a glazed nut and toffee malt body. This celebration of the hop harvest has intense tropical fruit, citrus and spicy accents that showcase the complexity of the hops we all love. October release.

An average sized off-white head that slips quickly into a dark orange brew below. Fresh fruity aroma with lots of citrus notes. Smooth and well balanced. Not as hopped up as I would have expected from Three Floyds for the style, but well done.

Bottle. Thanks Matt. Orange body with an almost pink edge and lots of sudsy head.crisp pine aroma flavor has a ton of malt sweetness and a pine resin finish. Alcohol is detectable and this is a little sweet for me.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of hops, but also lighter notes of grass, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish.
