Sour balsamic and cherry notes. Cloudy amber red with a small white head. Soured and funky cherry with a decent finish.

A pink hazed ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity cherry malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light fruits, pleasant. Bottle from 2018, 3 years old.

Castor Cerise 6.8% A salmon pink with minimal head with a tart cherry, almond nutty character in the nose. Lovely light soft body, round carbonation. The taste is like zesty white pepper and cherry. Very vibrant, with jammy cherry in the finish this is awesome stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Poured a hazy pink color beer with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some cherry and vinegar notes. Taste is a mix of light tart cherry notes with light residual sugar notes and subtle vinegary notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very nice tart cherry beer with good drinkability.
