Bottled. Pale gold with lace. Aroma has citrus, honey, and wine notes. Flavor is quite tart and acidic, light carbonation, silky smooth, cherry, wine, and lemon notes. Good stuff.

P’tit Caribou x Auval x Sutton PAB 4.8% Very pale straw gold with a tart aroma featuring oak, red wine, and mild funk. Very soft round carbonation on a medium body with some cherry sweet tart notes. I’d say this is a good example of a classic American golden sour.

Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy pale blond colour. Mild sour aroma with an interesting note of hazelnut, light citrus and light funk. Lean body, dry, with lemony acidity, light stone fruit, light funk.
Very good.

750ml bottle (thx, Felix L.!) at Matt's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is complex with floral, some vanilla notes. Similar taste with low sweetness. Very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with funk, with a nice bright stone fruitiness, and oak. Flavour is likewise very complex and bright, with pithy apricots, light oak, and some wild yeast. Bright and oaky. It's okay.

Pale, slight haze, and not much head. The nose has some nice bugs, including some pedio. Has some tartness, a bit of pineapple, and some lactic in the finish. The malts are light, and a bit breezy. Some brett also shows in the finish.
