Bottle - Freshh herbal and grassy notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bright herbal notes and some lychee.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light earthy hops, a little champagne yeasta, dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp piney and earthy hops, and dry biscuity malt. Crisp, dry and bright. Nice stuff.

500ml bottle (thx, Alex M.!) at Erik's. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma is herbally and some slight malty notes. Taste is similar. Pretty good.

Pale, straw, thin head. On the nose, this has a light blueberry note, soft pale malts, and some nice fruitiness. Good balance.

Olfactif au poivre évident avec un coté herbacé prononcé. Notes campagnardes d’herbes des champs et de foin. Liquide très clair et effervescent, bien doré et à la mousse épaisse, de bonne densité et très persistante. De belles traces sont laissées sur le verre. Entrée de bouche herbacée et champêtre avec notes de poivre, de bouquet garni, de persil et de fleurs sauvages. Un léger fruité accompagne le tout. La finale est extrêmement sèche avec une retenue de résine. L’effervescence est assez vive. Le corps est ample et la texture légèrement huileuse. Une excellente Brut.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large pale white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of dry citrusy floral undertones is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of dry citrusy floral undertones with a dry aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not as floral as expected with a dryer finish than expected.
