Active white head on a pink and peach body. Zesty nose with currants, citrus and slightly sour fruit. Lots of fruit notes going on here - currents, cranberry, orange and tropical accents. Quite sweet, a touch of sour and a lasting tartness.

Can from the lcbo. Orange pours, slightly hazy, medium white head. Aroma is quite floral, pine resin, juniper and citrus up front. Mouth feel is crisp and refreshing with a great carb. Finish is lightly bitter, crisp and clean, lots of floral grasses and fruit.

Very fragrant olfactive with notes of juniper and currants, with the scent of flowers, pears and tangerine. Complex and original. A medium-sized, semi-creamy collar crowns a lightly veiled golden liquid. Taste is fruity, vegetal and floral with a slight tart feel for finish. There are the dominant goose currants and juniper but also a very pronounced floral side with slight notes of pears and tangerines. Extremely fresh mouthfeel with a medium thin body, a good effervescence and a more tarty than bitter finish. An aromatic, original, floral and vegetable beer with a tarty without bitter aftertaste.

16 ounce can into lager glass, no can dating. Pours fairly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, hibiscus, juniper berry, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pale malt, citrus hops, and spice notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, hibiscus, juniper berry, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness; and hibiscus tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, hibiscus, juniper berry, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of pale malt, citrus hops, and spice flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy hibiscus balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy spice. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent spiced pale lager. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pale malt, citrus hops, and spice flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of clean pils malts, Amarillo hops, and spices. A very unique, enjoyable, and well made offering.

Pours a clean golden ginger ale colour with a big frothy warm cap, good stay and some fluffy foam lacing. Wow! Aromas are quite nice and fresh with the black currant and other berry notes. Reminds me even of Sweet Tarts candy. The taste is mild and not really sweet. Berries again, but quite light with the hard to find hops. Still, enough to make this an interesting light summer fruity beer.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy medium orange with a pink tinge. Small white head fades quickly leaving minimal lace. Nose is raspberry, hibiscus, prominent floral notes, honey, grass, and light citrus. Flavour is lightly sweet with a light+ grassy bitterness and a light+ raspberry tartness. Mouth is a touch thin with fine carbonation and a lingering sweet finish. Quite similar to 12 Minutes to Destiny with the raspberry tartness dialled back a little. 8/3/7+/3/14
