Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with some spicy yeast undertones. Taste is a mix of rustic cereal notes with spicy and peppery yeast notes with some light funky undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison but definitely not the most interesting beer from this fine brewery.

Cloudy blond color. It has a nice farm aroma, some funk and some manure, some hay, perfume, sweetcorn. Dry mouthfeel, highly carbonated, some corn, bone dry finish.
