Birra raffinata, femminile, unica.

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Hazy orange with no head. Nose is oddly pretty big on anise, sour malty & more anise, interesting. Taste is basic sour, doughy, less anise than in the smell but it is still there, lightly puckering tone fruit, lemon, tart zest,… Good malty sour base. Quite good, interesting & bit unusual.

On tap at the PIB. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big woody sour peach nose. The flavor is dry husky earthy malt, sharp sour and sweet peaces. Quite smooth. Solid.

On tap at PIB 2016, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tartness and a little stone fruitiness. Flavour brings out loads of peaches, though they're fairly muted. Zesty, fuzzy peach skins on the finish. Okay.
