Birra raffinata, femminile, unica.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy deep gold with an orange hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a nice light tart apricot with some sweet grains and a bit of hay. Flavor has a good amount of light tart apricot with light grains and a hint of earthy hay.

20/04/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Bellissima fruit beer.

Bottle thanks to Jebus13. Pours with a hazed yellow body and a small white head. Aromas of peaches, nectarines, juicy, fruity, honey, nutmeg and a bit of caramel. Flavors a a bit minerally, grainy, peaches. A touch thin and bland. Very low levels of acidity. Medium bubbles.

On draught during Mes’ stag do at a BF in Rome. Peach and stewed apple aroma. Thin white head. Not really sour. But good balance on the sour front. Definite stewed apple

My 100th Italian beer rating since joining this august group. 750 ml bottle. Pours cloudy pale orange, small edge head. Aroma of sour peaches and citrus. Taste is a sour and bitter combo, evened out by the fruit. Hi carbonation. Very tasty, and would be great on a hot summer’s day.

13th September 2008. Cloudy yellow beer. Peach! What peach? Just the barest hint of it in a sharp sourish beer. Refreshing and drinkable.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very light - what is there is citrusy. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt, citrus, apricot, and coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

Bottle courtesy of THE Gillard. Pours hazy gold with cherry red hues and thin off white head. The sweet aroma has a thin layer of fruity tartness seeming vaguely peach-like. The taste is much the same with vague peach fruitiness, a decent load of fruit tartness and a follow up of mild sugar sweetness. It seems a bit more tart and hay like than it does peachy.

(11/3/08) Bottle at a tasting in Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Hazy orange color with a white head. Aroma of peaches, funk and something else I can’t read from my notebook. Sourish-sweetish flavor, a bit funky, with peaches. Medium-bodied. Tasty stuff.
