dark Brown colour, medium sized creamy beige head; aroma of toasted rye bread, some coffee, dried dark berries and figs, as well as some roasted nuts; taste has basically the same notes with some burnt sugary bittersweetness; good one!

Almost black with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have roasted dark malts but also a lot of sweetness too. Nice balance. Creamy feel.

Rated from old notes. A very interesting black beer brewed with buckwheat, well carbonated, somewhat in the Belgian style, but with a chocolate stout like body and taste. Very creamy head. Aroma of roasted malts. Well done.
