Bottle. Pours clear golden, large off white head, good lacing. Aroma is lemon, dust, pommelo, buddhas hand. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk. Honestly not much different from the base. Medium body

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is moderately hop forward with earthy, herbal hop notes with a bit of a dankness to them. moderate fruity notes with citrus, passion fruit, mango and papaya. Medium light phenolic note with hints of oak. Slight, slow gusher. Pours a hazy, copper color with a large, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness and grain note to it. Medium light fruitiness with some citrus and lighter tropical fruit notes. Hints of oak and light phenolics. Moderate hop notes contributing an earthy, herbal, grassy note that works well with the acidity. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer but I love dry hopped sours. The hop profile works well with the acidity and fruit notes form the yeast. Light phenolics and oak notes help balance the beer.

Tasting at SF
Cloudy golden color. Aroma of herbs, lemon peel, soap, some herbs; not what I look for, but interesting. Highly carbonated, it has a good character of stone fruit, apricots; grapefruit peel; very dry, refreshing, very good.

Cloudy and relatively pale. Thin head. The aroma has a touch of wonky stuff that blows off, but also a fair bit of lychee and citrus hop character. Tart and hoppy...it’s good.

On tap at De Garde, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of stone fruits, floral dry hopping and light spices. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of floral dry hopping and stone fruitiness. Wonderfully done dry hopping to add yet another layer of complexity to this. Fantastic.
