A funky, muted tartness opens the palate to floral highlights with notes of citrus and almond. Brewed in collaboration with Farmhouse Fest, this Farmhouse Ale was conditioned over cherry blossoms with Brett L and finishes with a silky mouthfeel from the use of wheat and oats.

Bottle: Poured a red color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light cherry notes with some tart notes and light funky undertones. Taste is also a mix of tart cherry notes with light funky undertones with minimal residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but lacking balance.

Draft pour at Four Winds. Clean, clear, shiny olden pour, with a thin, active fizz head. Floral aroma, with a fresh mixed fruit aroma. No second guessing which beer on their menu this is. A blast of white cherry like flavor right from the start. Cool constant. Touch of funk. Long lasting cherry finish. A little more sweet than tart, in my opinion. A little strange, but a very fun beer overall.

375ml bottle. Bottled on 2017-06-06. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is very pleasant with lots of barrel and also fruity with some some peppery notes. Taste is similar with woody notes. Quite dry, moderate to high carbonation. I would prefer this to be less woody, but it is still good.

The Brett really comes through strongly, giving a mostly pleasant funk. The tart is quite low, the cherry blossoms add a nice unique touch, but aren't overpowering. Bottle brought back from Bc. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, oak, funk. Medium body, dry, light tartness, similar flavors to nose, very good.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very hazy amber with full head that settles quickly. Aromas of Brett, mashed fruit, and bandaids. Delicate, light floral flavors follow same.

Has a bit plasticy note on the nose, with a hit of pale malt, but also quite a bit of plastic phenol stuff...do I need to try this again or something, because this was really not clean.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light floral notes, light cherry and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is loaded with saison yeast, some rubber and light floral notes. Soft but not particularly well put together. Decent.
