Copper pour, medium white head. Aroma has alot of pine resin, and bready malts. Finish is loaded with pine resins and candied citrus peel. A nice ipa, not over the top, middle of the road, but well done.

Pours a clean light-amber colour with a big frothy light-beige cap, good retention and some creamy-foamy lacing. Darker malt aromas with some rye (it seems) and caramel ones overtaking the hops. The taste is where these show up in the start. Then they disappear rather quickly, leaving a resin-dry finish. Again, the malt is quite rich in here. Gets more and more bitter with some citrus zest notes. Interesting different IPA with some darker malts blending in with the fresh hops.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear gold-orange with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lace. Aroma of dank piney hops, biscuit malt and light grapefruit. Sweet flavour of dank piney hops, biscuit malt, caramel, citrus peel and mild tropical fruit with bitter grass in a dry, hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Decent.

Bottle: Poured a dark amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal retention. Aroma of citrus and resin hops notes with light dry caramel notes. Taste is a mix of dry citrusy and resin hops notes with some bitterness discernable. Body is above average with good carbonation. Not bad but a bit short on hops character.

Bottle from the LCBO (Central City Across the Nation Collaboration pack). Clear pale copper with a small off white head that fades quickly to a sheet and leaves minimal lace. Nose has some light caramel malts but is dominated by a big hop presence of pine, tropical fruit and fresh cut grass. Flavour is just a light sweetness preceding a big pine and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium and chewy with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 8/3/7+/4/15

Draught at Red Racer Restaurant, Vancouver
Clean amber color. Very nice aroma of berries and some pine. Crisp and biscuity lean malt floor, and piney hops.
Very good IPA.

Amber. Fruity, big hops...weedy with a touch of berry. Bitter, has some slight chewy elements but they just lend a nice balance. Good dankness coming through this.

On tap at Central City on Beatty, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank, piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank, piney hops upfront, balanced with toasted biscuity malt. Nicely constructed, with a solid punchy piney hop character that lingers. Good stuff.
