A hazed golden ale with a thick collapsing lacing white head. In aroma , nice fruity malt with light acidity, light rye notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light acidity, light spices, very nice and refreshing.

Bouteille 500ml. Cardamone et clou de girofle sont au programme de l’olfactif. Perception de menthe également. Très épicé mais peu puissant, et s’efface rapidement. Le liquide est doré tirant sur le ambré, très clair, avec une petite mousse effervescente qui tient à peine. L’entrée de bouche est pétillante et l’action des lactobacilles est bien sentie. Les tons sont herbacés, mentholés avec une touche de citron. Légèrement miellé, ça rappelle un soda au citron. Malgré un indice de buvabilité élevé et son grand potentiel rafraichissant, cette bière de Oshlag me laisse encore une fois indifférent.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a medium size white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lactic acid notes with some light honey and cumin notes also noticeable. Taste is a weird mix between some honey notes with some spices (cumin?) with some tart and lactic acid notes also perceptible. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Strange mix and maybe too much going on at the end of the day.

Bottle - Citrus and honey notes with hard candy. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Herbal and sweet orange candy. Very sweet candy like notes.

Le nez est floral et de céréales suries. Ça goûte surtout le miel et les herbes, tout en étant un peu surette. C’est riche et l’effervescence est parfaite. Les houblons utilisés m’ont d’abord laissé croire à une Lager bien spéciale...
