This beer is our biggest one yet and it certainly stands up to the title. Weighing in at a massive 11% ABV, Str8 Flexin' is about as big as an Imperial Stout gets. The body is BIG and the carb is low leaving the mouth feel silky and rich. Huge aromas of chocolate fudge on the nose and balanced roasted espresso and vanilla flavours round out the palette. We suggest aging for 6-8 months to allow some of the alcohol flavours to mellow out more, but if you're feeling thirsty, this beer is ready to drink as is.

Poured from the tap. Dark brown with small beige head. Lots of fudgey chocolate, vanilla, espresso, alcohol is balanced, good stuff.

47,3 cl can @ Timo A’s Go Nucks! tasting
Aroma has English hops, mocha tones and licorice. Flavour has salty licorice, some herbal tones and hints of pot coffee. Too salty for me. The name of the beer (that tries to appeal to persons younger than I) does not help that much.

Smells of good sweet barley and then there's some creamy bailey's notes in there. Has a weak awkward brown-black body and a very average dark beige foam on top. Flavour is nice sweet barley, mellow hints of chocolate syrup yet all very simple. Mouthfeel has no cloying alcohol in spite of the high abv so there's that. It's an okay sweet stout yet nothing to offer beyond all the others.

473 ml can. Pours black with full dark tan head. Aromas of creamy coffee and dry roasted malts. Flavors of rich nutty chocolate, chicory, espresso, powdery roasted malts and a bit of sweet coconut. A great stout from a BC brewery.

Can - Dark roast and some nice sweetness. Jet black with a decent light brown head. Dark roast sweet notes and a touch of smoke. Nice, dark and a bit on the sweet side.

Can. Dark brown. Has a chocolate syrup sort of nose, just a touch of burnt. Burnt taste, but without the acrid...so a really nice, long roastiness. Not much bitterness, some dark sugar sweetness, good balance. Nice, tasty, good deep fudgey character. No sign of the abv.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of dry oats, medium roasted malt, and a little dry cocoa. Flavour is robust, with lots of roasted malt, a little espresso, a touch of cocoa, and some dry oats. Rich, but balanced; dry, but with just enough sweetness. Hearty and full-bodied, without any abrasiveness or harshness from the alcohol. Wonderful stuff.
